After four months of trials and triumphs, we’re thrilled to announce that our gluten-free sourdough is finally here.What began as a quest to recreate the warm, crusty bread we loved turned into a fun-filled journey, filled with a few baking disasters and plenty of laughter.

Through endless experimentation with different gluten-free flours and techniques, we learned the secrets to achieving that perfect rise and flavor. The day we pulled our golden loaf from the oven, the aroma filled our kitchen, and the first bite confirmed it: we had done it!
